A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for SHINE Together.
The event, on 15 October, brought together colleagues from across the North East housing sector for a day of collaboration, learning and shared problem-solving. From discussions on artificial intelligence, customer voice and data management to workshops covering key sector challenges and opportunities, the day demonstrated the value of working together to share knowledge and develop practical solutions.
One of the strengths of SHINE Together is the opportunity for attendees to shape their own experience. Throughout the day, colleagues took part in workshop sessions focused on the issues most relevant to their roles and organisations, sharing ideas, experiences and insights that will help drive positive change across the sector.
It was particularly encouraging to see so many conversations continuing between sessions, with networking and collaboration taking place throughout the day. The enthusiasm, openness and willingness to share knowledge is what makes SHINE such a valuable network.
We'd also like to thank everyone who helped make the event possible, including our hosts, speakers, workshop facilitators, sponsors our SHINE team. Everyone’s support, expertise and commitment helped create an engaging and thought-provoking programme for everyone involved.
SHINE was founded on the belief that we can achieve more by working together, and SHINE Together was a great example of that in action.
