We marked a proud milestone, with SHINE being shortlisted for not just one but two prestigious national awards in 2025.
At the Northern Housing Awards in Manchester, SHINE was nominated for Partnership of the Year, a testament to the power of regional collaboration in tackling challenges together. SHINE was also shortlisted for Partnership of the Year at the Housing Innovation Awards in Birmingham.
While we didn’t take home a trophy this time, the recognition was especially meaningful given we’re a newly formed partnership working to create lasting change across the region.
A special moment of celebration came as believe housing’s Lynsey Darby was named Innovator of the Year at the Housing Innovation Awards. Lynsey has led the development of OneMap. Her win was a fantastic highlight for SHINE and a reflection of the innovation and energy at the heart of the network.
